Master Plan Editor (Architectural)

Primary duties included keeping updated master plan AutoCAD drawings of all MGM properties with tenant improvements, new construction, as-built, and demolitions in all hotels and casinos owned by MGM Resorts Int. Prepared property maps for Apple Inc.’s IBeacon Technology (an indoor GPS mapping program), and property data. Prepared presentation material, spreadsheets, and budget plans. Used various plotting and scanning devices, KIP, laminators, and other hardware. Performed file management duties with Autodesk Buzzsaw, Design Review, Outlook.

Designed sustainable landscapes for residential and commercial properties. Create BOM lists, and cost information worksheets. Rendered 3D video and images, consulted with customers about desires and interests. Worked with HOA’s and county permit office.
